Our commitment

CES-Links is committed to making ces-links.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Standard we follow

This site is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

The accessibility menu

Select the round button with the person icon in the lower-left corner of any page to open the accessibility menu. You can:

• Make text larger, up to 150%
• Switch between dark, light, and high-contrast color themes
• Highlight every link
• Switch to Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readers with low vision
• Add space between letters, words, and lines
• Align all text to the left
• View the page in grayscale
• Use a larger pointer
• Turn on a reading guide that follows your pointer
• Stop animations and transitions
• Hide photos to reduce distraction

Your choices are saved in your browser and apply to every page until you select Reset all settings. The menu is built into this site, loads no outside code, and is fully usable with a keyboard (press Escape to close it) and with screen readers. It works alongside the settings in your own device and browser, never in place of them.

What we’ve built in

• A “Skip to main content” link and a logical heading structure on every page
• Full keyboard access with a clearly visible focus indicator
• Text and controls that meet AA color contrast
• Pages that reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
• Forms with visible labels, clear required-field markers, and specific error messages linked to each field
• Support for your device’s reduced-motion setting and for Windows High Contrast mode

Known limitations

We test regularly, but some content may not yet be fully accessible. Videos submitted by the community may not have captions when they are first received. We caption any video before publishing it.
